DMCA & Copyright Takedown Policy

JavHD operates as an automated content discovery and aggregation platform. We do not host, store, or control any video content on our own servers. All media accessible through javhd.now is sourced dynamically from publicly available third-party platforms. Notwithstanding this, JavHD respects the intellectual property rights of others and will respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices submitted in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

What We Can Act On

Upon receiving a valid and complete takedown notice, JavHD will investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the indexed link or embedded reference associated with the allegedly infringing content from our platform. Please note that we are only able to act on our own indexing — removal of the original content must be directed to the respective third-party hosting platform.

How to Submit a Takedown Notice

To submit a copyright infringement notice, please send a written notification to our designated contact at dmca[@]javhd.now containing all of the following elements, as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

Identification of the copyrighted work — A clear description of the original work you claim has been infringed, including title, creation date, and any registration details if applicable

Identification of the infringing material — The specific URL(s) on javhd.now where the allegedly infringing content appears, with enough detail for us to locate it

Your contact information — Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address

A good faith statement — A declaration that you have a good faith belief the use of the material in the manner described is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or by law

An accuracy statement — A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Your signature — A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed or disabled from javhd.now as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca[@]javhd.now. Your counter-notification must include: your name, address, and contact details; identification of the removed content and its prior location; a good faith statement that the removal was a result of error or misidentification; your consent to jurisdiction of the relevant federal court; and your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

JavHD maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringement. In accordance with Section 512(i) of the DMCA, we reserve the right to terminate or restrict access for any party who is found to be a repeat infringer or who abuses the takedown process by submitting false or misleading notices.

Limitation of DMCA Scope

This DMCA policy applies solely to copyright infringement claims regarding content indexed or linked through javhd.now. JavHD is not the host or originating source of any video content, and we do not accept responsibility for content residing on third-party servers. Rights holders are encouraged to simultaneously submit takedown requests directly to the third-party platforms hosting the original content.
