Child Protection Policy

JavHD maintains an absolute zero-tolerance stance toward any content that sexually exploits, endangers, or otherwise harms minors. This policy applies regardless of the origin of such content and without exception. Any content of this nature that is identified as being indexed or linked through javhd.now will be removed immediately upon receipt of a valid report.

How to Submit a Report

To report child exploitation content associated with javhd.now, please send a written notification in English to childprotection[@]javhd.now. Reports submitted in languages other than English, or that are missing required information, may experience significant processing delays.

Your submission must include all of the following:

Your identity — Your full legal name and an electronic or physical signature confirming you are the individual submitting this report

Description of the content — A clear and specific description of the nature of the content being reported

URLs only — The specific URL(s) on javhd.now where the content appears, listed directly in the body of your email; do not attach images, screenshots, or any file containing the content itself

Contact information — Your full name, street address, phone number, and email address; if you are acting on behalf of an organization or third party, please state your affiliation and role

Sworn statement — A declaration under penalty of perjury in the following form:

"I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I am the reporter or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the reporter, and that all information provided in this notice is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge."

Processing & Response

Upon receipt of a complete and valid report, JavHD will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any indexed reference associated with the reported content. Please note that due to the sensitive nature of these reports, JavHD may not send a confirmation of action to the submitting party.

Legal Position

Although JavHD operates outside of United States jurisdiction and is not directly subject to US federal law, we treat the protection of minors as a non-negotiable ethical and legal obligation. We cooperate fully with applicable international laws and, where warranted, with law enforcement authorities in addressing reported violations of this nature.
